We are Manolis and Izzy Heliotis – custodians of this land, and of a tradition that speaks through the trees. What we bottle is not just oil. It is Arcadia itself – captured and shared with care, the way we serve it at our own table.
As a surgeon and a paediatric dentist, our lives are built on care, integrity, and a belief in lasting wellbeing. For us, that begins at home — with the food we trust to nourish our own family.
