Choraitiki & Monovarietal Olive Oil FAQs

Choraitiki is a rare Greek olive variety found almost exclusively in Arcadia and adjacent Eastern Ilia known for its rich, complex flavour and high polyphenol content, making it a premium choice for both health and taste.

Monovarietal olive oil is made from a single type of olive, allowing the unique characteristics of that variety to stand out, unlike blended oils that mix multiple olive types.

Yes, its high polyphenol content contributes to anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and heart-protective properties.

The uniqueness of this variety is that it's rare and only found in the microclimates of forested Arcadia and neighbouring eastern Ilia. It is renowned for its distinct flavour and high poly phenols.

Peppery with nutty undertones, and infused with the scent of the Arcadian forests that surround the olive groves.

Perfect for drizzling over fresh salads and vegetables, this olive oil enhances the natural flavours of fish, quality meats, and roast chicken. It is, of course, an essential partner to a fine pasta dish and artisan breads - and for the adventurous, try it over pistachio ice cream for a truly delightful twist.

Keep it in a cool, dark place in a dark glass bottle or stainless steel container to prevent oxidation and preserve its quality.

While you can cook with it, it’s best enjoyed raw to preserve its delicate flavours and health benefits.

A rare and ancient variety, naturally high in polyphenols and celebrated for its unique taste. Sourced from specific trees in a precise location on our farm, it is produced in limited quantities, with only a small number of bottles available. A true treasure for the connoisseur and devoted food lover.
